The information is obtained from the customer himself when the customer relationship is created and during it (e.g. via website orders, e-mail, phone or social media).

Information will not be disclosed outside the Decorate & Celebrate company, except in accordance with a requirement based on law or with the express consent of the customer.

Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

8. Principles of registry protection

Personal information is kept confidential. The information network and the equipment used to process the register are properly protected. Access to personal data is limited to only those employees who have the right necessary for data processing.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information

Every registered person has the right to check the information stored about him in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information. The inspection and correction request must be sent in writing to the controller.

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

The registered person has the right to demand the removal of his personal data from the register ("the right to be forgotten") and the right to limit or object to the processing of his personal data in certain situations.
